Refunds
We do not accept returns and will not refund any personalized purchase.

If an item is not personalized please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item as long as it is not damaged or used and we will issue a store credit or exchange for similar product. You must contact us prior to sending in items for exchange.  Once the item is shipped back to Blews Kustom Kreations.   We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not.

If any items need to be shipped Blews Kustom Kreations will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping address. Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address  at the time of check out. Blews Kustom Kreations will not change customers shipping address once checkout has been completed.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Blews Kustom Kreations will pay shipping charges if the return reason was caused by Blews Kustom Kreations.

 

Company/Barn Store Shipping

Items purchased within a company/barn store they will be sent to the company/barn individually packaged orders with packing lists.  Please contact us sherri@blewskustomkreations.com to setup other arrangements if needed.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Blews Kustom Kreations specializes in custom products due to the one of kind of personalized items are non refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sewing Repairs
Blews Kustom Kreations will make repairs to a damaged product if the repair is a result of an error on our part. The customer is responsible for the cost of repairs and shipping. The customer is also responsible for the cost of the repair and shipping of any repair that is not caused by Blews Kustom Kreations.


Chap Leather and Cowhide Care
We are not responsible for item wear that is a result of customer use. This includes, but is not limited to; constant rubbing, misuse, lack of proper care or harsh environmental conditions. Proper care for leather items such as conditioning and proper cleaning will ensure the longevity of your item(s).
